Class Schedule Updates

Women's Wellness now offers over 60 Group Fitness Classes EVERY WEEK- It's like belonging to 3 health clubs for the price of one! 

Monday 4:30pm is now 20/20/20 with Jessica!

Change things up on Wednesdays at 5:30!  The class alternates between Step-n-Sculpt w/ Kim and BOSU Boot Camp w/ Emily W.!  

Hip Hop is THE most requested class type at Women's Wellness!  In addition to Olivia's Tuesday 9:30am class, try Helen & Olivia's Hip Hop class on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Helen on Thursdays at 9:30am, as well as Diana's Hip Hop every Friday at 5:30pm.

NEW CLASS (by popular demand):  SATURDAY STEP!  A full hour of sweat-breaking step with Kim!  Every other Saturday at 10:30am.

Friday 8:30am is now HATS (Hips, Abs, Thighs, and Stretch) in the studio...  Pilates techniques offer gentle, yet effective core conditioning, plus a full-body stretch!

Monday 9:30am and Friday 9:30am are now Golden Oldies on the aerobics floor...  Fun dance routines to all of your favorite songs- a dance-fitness blast from the past!

Tuesday 9:30am (in the studio) and Friday 8:30am (on the aerobics floor) are now Step Jump & Pump...  Use simple step choreography and plyometrics to keep the heart rate up in between intervals of strength work!  

Metabolic Training is now offered 5 times per week:  Mon/Wed. at 12:10pm, Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Thursdays at 9:30am, and every other Saturday at 8:30am.  

Try Yogalates (fusion of Yoga and Pilates) with Jami-Ross (of The Academy of Dance Arts) Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30am and Saturdays at 10:30am.  Lengthen, strengthen, and relax!  

 
Class Descriptions

Belly Dance- Learn the gentle art of Middle-Eastern dance.  Bonus:  It strengthens, shapes, and tones your body!  Shake and shimmy your way to fitness...

Boot Camp- A challenging combination of cardio and strength training- lots of variety and options offered for every fitness level!

BOSU Boot Camp- Utilize this innovative fitness tool to shape and sculpt while simultaneously developing balance and coordination!

Kickboxing- Kick, punch, and jab your way to fitness in this popular, high-energy class!  Includes strength training!

Circuit - Mix it up!  High-intensity, low-impact aerobics alternating with bouts of strength work!

Easy Does It- A safe, fun introduction to movement!  Learn the basics of low impact aerobics at an easier pace.

FitPraise- Begin and end this workout to Christian music with devotion and prayer. This class is FREE and OPEN to the public!

Golden Oldies- Fun routines to your favorite songs from back in the day...  A dance-fitness blast from the past!  

H.A.T.S.- Stands for Hips, Abs, Thighs, and Stretch!  Gentle yet effective Pilates and core strengthening plus a total body stretch!  

Hip Hop- A non-stop, hot, rockin' dance party!  Easy-to-follow dance moves powered by the beat of hip hop, R&B, reggae, & popular music.

Metabolic Training- Heart-pumping, calorie-burning, resistance exercise...  A complete workout for the woman on-the-go!

Pilates- Controlled precise movements to enhance core strength, endurance, stability and overall flexibility.

Step Jump & Pump- Use simple step choreography and plyometrics to keep the heart rate up in between intervals of strength work!  

Power Sculpt- Get ready for an intense muscle training workout. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping!

Step-n-Sculpt- Traditional step training routines, followed by muscle toning- for a total-body-conditioning workout!

To The Core- 30 minutes of concentrated abdominal and core work using several exercise tools! 

TurboKick- Much more than kickboxing, it's an action-packed, super-fun, super-safe and effective workout...  Kick, punch, and groove your way to fitness!

Yoga- Relax, refresh, and renew with gentle yet challenging exercises for your body, mind, and spirit.

Yogalates- A fusion of Yoga and Pilates techniques- lengthen, strengthen, and relax!

ZUMBA- It’s hotter than the mambo on a Saturday night in South Beach!  Join the latest craze- a high-energy workout to a Latin beat!

ZUMBA GOLD- A kinder, gentler Zumba class…  Get your low-impact Zumba groove on!

ZUMBA Toning- Dance and tone with this Latin-inspired muscle training program!  Use light weights or Zumba Toning Sticks!   

20/20/20- 20 minutes of cardio/ 20 minutes of strength training/ 20 minutes of stretching- Total body workout!

 

Location

Conveniently located at 690 Jonestown Rd. - just south of Hwy. 421, next to Magnum Car Wash, and across from Mercedes of Winston-Salem.  The club is only minutes from downtown Winston-Salem, Buena Vista, Sherwood Forest neighborhoods, and nearby communities like Clemmons and Lewisville!
