Women's Wellness now offers over 60 Group Fitness Classes EVERY WEEK- It's like belonging to 3 health clubs for the price of one! Monday 4:30pm is now 20/20/20 with Jessica! Change things up on Wednesdays at 5:30! The class alternates between Step-n-Sculpt w/ Kim and BOSU Boot Camp w/ Emily W.! Hip Hop is THE most requested class type at Women's Wellness! In addition to Olivia's Tuesday 9:30am class, try Helen & Olivia's Hip Hop class on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Helen on Thursdays at 9:30am, as well as Diana's Hip Hop every Friday at 5:30pm. NEW CLASS (by popular demand): SATURDAY STEP! A full hour of sweat-breaking step with Kim! Every other Saturday at 10:30am. Friday 8:30am is now HATS (Hips, Abs, Thighs, and Stretch) in the studio... Pilates techniques offer gentle, yet effective core conditioning, plus a full-body stretch! Monday 9:30am and Friday 9:30am are now Golden Oldies on the aerobics floor... Fun dance routines to all of your favorite songs- a dance-fitness blast from the past! Tuesday 9:30am (in the studio) and Friday 8:30am (on the aerobics floor) are now Step Jump & Pump... Use simple step choreography and plyometrics to keep the heart rate up in between intervals of strength work! Metabolic Training is now offered 5 times per week: Mon/Wed. at 12:10pm, Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Thursdays at 9:30am, and every other Saturday at 8:30am. Try Yogalates (fusion of Yoga and Pilates) with Jami-Ross (of The Academy of Dance Arts) Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:30am and Saturdays at 10:30am. Lengthen, strengthen, and relax! |

Yoga- Relax, refresh, and renew with gentle yet challenging exercises for your body, mind, and spirit. Yogalates- A fusion of Yoga and Pilates techniques- lengthen, strengthen, and relax!
